PREFACE

For 12 years, as at the time this book was published, I’ve embarked on this journey that I now know is described as semen retention. My experiences during this period have been controversial, adventurous, and challenging to say the least. But most importantly, it’s been extremely revealing hence the inspiration for this book. They include monumental mistakes, periods of success and also, multiple failures along the way. I had quite a sexually controversial childhood and for many years I struggled as a result of that. While writing that last sentence, it was overwhelmingly unsettling placing the words “sexually” and “childhood” in the same sentence, but I digress.

My struggles due to the sexually controversial events that took place during my childhood (which will be described in detail in this book), was the beginning of what I would then struggle with for many years to come. That one occurrence as a child, changed my life forever, and snowballed into other extremely damaging sexual habits.

Semen Retention, as a practice or a way of life,  wasn’t a concept I found on the internet. My personal discovery of semen retention came as a result of a deep burden inside of me, which I later figured was consequence of my sexual habits. I’m not religious and wouldn’t consider myself spiritual, but I was able to identify a correlation between my sexual habits and the state of my life. My discoveries along the way have been nothing short of magical. Those discoveries are what have taken me from poor to an insane amount of success, not only financially, but in other areas of my life.

I wrote this book in hopes that my story can help you, and give you the tools and tips on how to navigate your semen retention journey, and also to discover if semen retention is an optimal practice for you. I do not believe semen retention is for every man, and I also push against the notion that it works for every man to the same degree. This book will help you figure out where you stand.
